Assigning Seats at a Table after the Table has been Purchased
Assign Seats at Your Table
If you have purchased a table at an event and have some unassigned tickets/seats follow these steps to assign your the seats and invite your guests.
1. Open the campaign link and login. Use the campaign link provided by the event organizer or navigate to the campaign via the Go to Campaign link in the email you received when you purchased the table. An example of a campaign link is app.galabid.com/penguin

2. Login to the campaign via the side menu. Use the forgot password option if required.

3. Once logged in go to My Account and then Event Tickets.

4. View all unassigned tickets/seats

5. Click Assign Ticket. Uncheck assign to me if the ticket was temporarily assigned to yourself (Table Purchaser). Enter name and email address. An email address must be entered to assign a ticket.

6. GalaBid will then send an invite to the event to the email address.

7. Once your guest clicks accept they will be prompted to complete their account on the campaign and they will be ready to participate in the fundraising activities.
