Can I transfer participants From my previous campaign to my newly cloned campaign?

Participant accounts can't be transferred between campaigns on the GalaBid platform.

However if they have taken part in your previous campaign their account is saved to your organization so upon accessing the page to your current campaign there is no need to register.

Participants can go to the login page of the new campaign and use their login credentials from the previous campaign and the GalaBid platform will automatically transfer the account from the previous campaign to the new campaign.

Note: Invoices and payments from the previous campaign are nit transferred over this information remains with the previous campaign.
