How do I delete a bid and offer the prize to the underbidder

Go to the Bids and Buys section, search the item or the highest bidder's name and delete the bid.
In the case of a deleting a bid after the auction has closed, communicate with the underbidder to alert them and offer them the prize. The underbidder's invoice will automatically be populated with the prize and their bid amount once the highest bid has been deleted. If the underbidder accepts the offer, you can send them a notification with their updated invoice. This is how:
Go to Checkout Console > Checkout then search the name and click to send a payment reminder.
