How do I hyperlink text, emails etc in Item Descriptions or Info pages?

In Items, edit or Add the new item. In the Item Description box type then select the email, text or phone number to be hyperlinked. Click the chain icon and add the url to link it to.
In Setup > Info Pages add or edit the Info Page to reveal the box including the chain icon as above.
