How do I remove the bid strength slider scale?

This can be achieved using bulk update. In the Campaign dashboard go to Items. Click Bulk Update. Select items. Scroll to bottom of the page and click next. Under Auction Item Settings, scroll to Bid Slider and toggle on (turns green) but leave the check box unticked.
