How do I schedule a campaign start and end date?

This article includes closing an Auction, Raffle and Donation/Crowdfunding campaign types.

Opening an Auction

In Control Panel click open auction when you are ready to start or schedule an automated open time.

Closing an Auction

In Control Panel click to close the auction manually or set an automatic close time. Click on the calendar icon to add the date and time and ensure the correct time zone is selected.

Opening a Raffle

A raffle item is open once the raffle item(s) are created and Stripe is connected.

Closing a Raffle

Got to Items and edit the raffle item. Click the close for draw button. This prevents any further tickets sales.

Opening a Donation/Crowdfunding campaign

A crowdfunding campaign is open once the crowdfunding item is created and Stripe is connected.

Closing a Donation/Crowdfunding campaign

A crowdfunding campaign can remain open for up to 12 months on GalaBid. To remove the campaign before this time email helpdesk@galabid.com
