How do I send payment reminders?

Individual Reminders

Click Checkout Console section in the side menu. Search the participant's name. On the far right of the screen in the Payment Status Column click Send Reminder. This sends a reminder to the individual.

Bulk Reminders

In the Checkout Console Click the green button in the top right of the screen "Send Payment Reminders". This will send reminder to all participants with payments outstanding.
