How do I set up a Raffle Draw Projector Display?
To setup a raffle draw projector display follow this tutorial video or the step by step article below.
1) Go to your projector display tab and click '+ADD PROJECTOR'
2) Name your leaderboard/projector display and select the 'Standard Raffle' template from the drop down.
3) Now you are on your leaderboard edit page you can customise your leaderboard to suit your needs by working with the tool bar found on the lefthand side of the screen.
4) To edit the background of your leaderboard click 'Background' you can then either set a block color by clicking the circle to the left of 'Background Color' and scrolling through the color wheel or you can upload an image by clicking 'ADD IMAGE'
5) To connect your 'Raffle Draw' table to your raffle item simply click on the table, the tool bar will automatically navigate itself to the edit section for this feature and then under where it says 'Raffle item' select the raffle item from the drop down that you would like this draw table to be connected to.
6) Repeat this same process for the 'Raffle Winners Table' this is where once drawn the winners of your raffle will be displayed.
7) To display the total amount your raffle has raised click '+ Add' > 'Total Raised' > 'ADD TOTAL RAISED COUNTER' and then make sure to have 'Include raffle total' as the only box ticked, this will then ensure your total raised counter only reflects your raffle.
Note: If you have multiple raffles in use the total raised counter will reflect all raffles in the campaign.
8) You can add text to your leaderboard by going to '+ Add' > 'Text' as shown in the image below the text is displaying 'Total raised'
You can move any part of your leaderboard by clicking and dragging it into a position that suits your needs and you can make further edits by clicking the part you wish to edit and using the toolbar.
