What is MFA? (Multi-Factor Authentication)

The Multi-Factor Authentication is an extra security measure you can add to your GalaBid account, if enabled, after you have logged in using your email and password you will be required to add a temporary verification code generated by an authenticator app.

You will need to download an 'Authenticator App' from either the Google play store - Android or the App store - IOS.

If you go to 'My Account' and enable MFA, a pop up will appear with links to the apps for you to download and instructions on how to set it up on your account.
