Is it possible to add a buy it now option to an auction item?

This feature is coming soon.

In the meantime, some campaigns add the same item as buy-now and as an auction item. This requires the auction item to be deleted and the highest bidder to be informed manually once the buy now has sold, check out this article for assistance on this Buy it Now for Auction Items.
