Multiple Ticket Types
Event planners can set up multiple ticket types including single tickets and tables. Guests can purchase tickets or table tickets and campaign admins can purchase tickets on behalf of guests via the dashboard.
Free Tickets
Event planners can add free tickets.
Custom Fields
Event Planners can add custom fields, such as meal preferences etc to collect all required guest data in advance of the event.
Guest Management for Table/Multi-ticket Purchasers
Purchasers of ticket types that include multiple seats can invite and manage their own guest list!
Purchasers enter their invited guest's email address to assign a seat and send an invite via email. The invited guest can and accept or decline to attend the event. Once the invite has been accepted by the guest, their ticket is issued and sent via email. If the invite is declined, or the invited guest fails to respond, the purchaser can transfer the ticket to invite another guest.
Tables
Campaign Administrators can create tables and assign guests to tables to manage the seating plan for the event. Tables can be created manually or autogenerated based on the table tickets set up in the campaign. Guests can be auto assigned to tables or manually added or moved.
Event Check In
Event staff search and check guests in on any mobile device at that event. Event check in Progress and Guest Invite Status are tracked in Real time.
